A community-focused modular housing development designed to support dignity, independence, stability, and long-term self-sufficiency.

The brief

The project was created to provide safe and dignified transitional housing for individuals experiencing homelessness. Using a non-congregate housing model, Pathways on Park offers independent modular cabins supported by a central communal building, shared amenities, and comprehensive support services.

The development promotes stability, life skills development, and long-term self-sufficiency. Its scalable approach reflects a community-focused response to housing need and is supported by federal affordable housing investment.

Natural textures, such as wood, stone, and woven materials, combined with rich, deep blue tones, create a harmonious flow that seamlessly connects the various spaces throughout the home. This thoughtful combination not only enhances visual continuity but also evokes a sense of calm and cohesion, making each room feel like an intentional extension of the next.
